📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Most orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days). During peak periods or when additional order verification is required, processing may take longer.


Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Tracking information is provided once an order ships.


Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. If a package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost, email us and include your order number and tracking information. Carrier claim outcomes may vary by service level.


Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the shipping box (including the label)

  • Photos of the packing materials and the affected item(s)

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

Research Use Only Notice
All products are sold for laboratory research and development use only. Due to product integrity and handling controls, opened products are not eligible for return.


Eligible Returns (when applicable)
Returns may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The order arrived damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong item

  • The order is missing an item

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, unless the issue is shipping damage.


Return Request Window
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@aloha-aminos.com. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.


Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Any product not in original condition/packaging (unless damaged in transit)


Refunds / Replacements
If your return request is approved, we may issue, at our discretion:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected (if return shipment is required).


Right to Refuse
Aloha Aminos reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or replacements where misuse, mishandling, or policy violations are suspected.
