Intended Use and Scope

All products offered by Aloha Aminos are sold and supplied exclusively for laboratory research and development purposes. Products are intended for use by qualified professionals in controlled laboratory settings only.
 
This Research Use Only classification applies to all products, regardless of form or presentation, including but not limited to: lyophilized materials, raw powders, liquid solutions or liquid suspensions, capsules, blends and multi-compound formats, and accessories and laboratory supplies. Product form does not imply intended use.

Prohibited Uses and Regulatory Notice

Products sold by Aloha Aminos are not intended for human or veterinary use or consumption, including but not limited to: consumption or ingestion (including capsules), injection, inhalation, or topical application, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use, use in medical devices or patient care, or use in foods, drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics intended for human or animal use.
 
Statements and information on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
 
Buyer is solely responsible for determining whether products may be purchased, possessed, used, imported, or exported in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Buyer agrees not to repackage, relabel, resell, or market products for any human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose.

Buyer Acknowledgement and Legal Terms

By purchasing from Aloha Aminos, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or similarly trained professional; they will use products only for lawful research and development purposes; they are responsible for safe handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements; and they assume all responsibility and liability for the use or misuse of products purchased from Aloha Aminos.
 
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and supporting documentation are provided to support verification and research recordkeeping. Documentation availability does not change the intended Research Use Only classification of any product.
 
Aloha Aminos reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order and to request additional verification where appropriate. Products are provided as-is for research and development use only. Aloha Aminos makes no warranties regarding suitability for any particular purpose.
 
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aloha Aminos from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from misuse, unlawful use, or use inconsistent with the intended RUO purpose. Aloha Aminos is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from misuse, improper handling, unlawful use, or use inconsistent with the intended Research Use Only purpose.
