PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Becoming part of the Aloha Aminos Partner Program means working with a brand focused on providing high-quality research materials for laboratory and analytical use.

Our partners support product visibility and help expand awareness of research-use offerings within appropriate professional and academic settings.

Partners receive access to new product releases, earn commissions through a unique referral code, and may qualify for preferred pricing tiers based on participation.

We are committed to maintaining standards of quality, transparency, and consistency, supporting a network that prioritizes responsible sourcing and clear product information within a research-use framework.

Public Purchase Code

Partners earn 15% commission on the final order total after any discounts have been applied.

Commission is calculated based on the net product value only, excluding shipping fees, taxes, and any additional charges.

Commission is only credited when a partner’s unique discount code is successfully applied at checkout. Orders placed without the code, or where the code is removed or replaced, will not be eligible for commission.

Commissions are tracked per completed transaction and will appear in the partner’s account once the order has been successfully processed.

Partner Purchase Code

Partners may be provided with a separate personal-use discount code for internal purchasing.

This code is intended solely for the partner’s own use and offers a higher discount rate than standard customer-facing codes.

Orders placed using a personal-use code are not eligible for commission, regardless of account ownership or payment method.

All commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period from the date the order is marked as completed.

This holding period is in place to account for potential refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, or chargebacks.

Only commissions associated with fully cleared transactions will become eligible for payout after this period.

Payouts are issued upon request once eligible commissions have cleared the 30-day holding period.

Partners must submit a payout request through the designated contact method, including any required payment details.

Payouts will be processed using the agreed-upon payment method (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, etc.) within a reasonable processing timeframe.

A minimum payout threshold may apply. Requests below this threshold may be held until the minimum is met.

If an order is refunded, canceled, or disputed, any associated commission will be removed from the partner’s balance.

If the commission has already been paid out, the amount may be deducted from future commissions or otherwise reconciled.

Aloha Aminos reserves the right to adjust commission balances to reflect the final status of all transactions.

Partners may not earn commission on purchases made for their own use.

To support partner access, a separate personal-use discount code may be provided. This code offers a higher discount but does not generate commission.

Any attempt to earn commission on personal purchases, including use of alternate accounts or third parties, may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Partners must represent Aloha Aminos and its products in a manner that is accurate, compliant, and consistent with research-use standards.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

    • Making unauthorized claims regarding product use, including human or veterinary applications
    • Misrepresenting product purpose, quality, or intended use
    • Engaging in spam, deceptive marketing practices, or false advertising
    • Using paid advertising that targets branded terms without permission
    • Impersonating Aloha Aminos or presenting oneself as an official representative
    • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Aloha Aminos reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Partner Program at any time, with or without prior notice.

Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, policy violations, fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, or conduct deemed harmful to the brand.

In the event of termination, any unpaid commissions may be withheld or forfeited at the sole discretion of Aloha Aminos.
